How to cover an alligator clip.

Step 1
Prepare the needed supplies to cover an alligator clip. Be sure to heat seal each of the ribbon ends.
Step 2
Take the ribbon and insert it into the alligator clip. The end of the ribbon should be placed at the back (inside) of the alligator clip.
Step 3
Apply a thin layer of glue across the top of the alligator clip.
Step 4
Fold the ribbon down and across the top.
Step 5
Apply glue to the inside of the hinge area.
Step 6
Push the ribbon into the hinge area using your finger.
Step 7
Apply a thin layer of glue to the remaining ribbon.

Fold the end of the ribbon down so that it covers the top section of the alligator clip.
